I lead the development of AR product and creator tool community ecosystem in the APAC region. I spearhead initiatives such as creator upskilling programs, creator monetization projects, collaborations with brand like Genshin Impact, Mobile Legends and Netflix.
I scaled up AR effect operation, expanding it from viral content creation instrument to a tool of storytelling that bridges cultural gaps and redefines classroom engagement.
On top of managing a portfolio of 200+ influential creators, each with following of over 500,000, I built TikTok music creator ecosystem from 0 to 1.
I strategized and supported Bytedance cross product integration such as Sound On and Capcut, and grew Bytedance marketshare in music and video editing industries.

I built strong online communities for China Report ASEAN across on Facebook, Instagram and Youtube.
My social media content production included writing news article, photography, as well as video shoot and edit. I also collect and review social media data to develop more effective interaction with our audience.
In times of COVID-19, many of our international mates are stuck outside of China. As money is being spent on an apartment no one is sleeping in and borders remain closed, I co-founded Easy Store - a storage company catered to the international community in Beijing.
In addition to co-building the first responsive web in under 2 weeks, I also direct the pricing strategy, build
strategic partnership with our local partners, oversee the day-to-day administrative and operational functions and manage the finances of Easy Store.
I built Live Easy as a service to help the international community find a new home and navigate relocating with confidence. I’m responsible for creative direction, product design, branding and marketing.
I founded Aspec to connect building design professionals with suppliers across Indonesia. It's free to join and open to all 34 provinces scattered across 17,000 islands.
We acquired hundreds of users, from large international suppliers like Laminex to small, medium makers & crafstmen in far-flung corners of the archipelago.
My first project in Indonesia was project managing on-site contractors to deliver a 5,400 sqm university building project within a tight deadline.
The solid relationships with contractors and suppliers propelled me to start a design studio that specialised in retail and workplace interiors.
